Ruth recognized very quickly that a patient was in need of oral care. She spent quality time performing oral hygeine and was able to clear a solid mass from the patients mouth. He was then able to cough up thick secretions and able to communicate with his tongue and palate clear, he could produce speech and express his needs to us. Awesome nurse!
