Ruth Ruiz Shaffer, RN

Ruth really took the time to listen to what I was saying and I could feel that she genuinely cared. I was missing my dog and family and she kept assuring me that I was where I needed to be to get healthy so I could go home. She listened to me in a way that no other nurse has ever listened to me. She addressed every concern I had. I know that I am better because of her hard work and compassion.
