Ruth and her colleague saw us for some follow up support regarding breastfeeding and tongue tie assessment when our baby was just one week old. Ruth was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She had a lovely manner with both us and our baby and was very supportive. She gave me really helpful advice and was very compassionate regarding my recovery following c-section surgery and made a very prompt referral for ongoing feeding support. I felt really supported and listened to - thank you. I think this is particularly amazing considering how stretched the NHS is at the moment so thank you, Ruth.
