Ruth Swenson, RN, MEDSURG-BC

Ruth was so patient and kind with my mother. She had been hallucinating and was refusing all care, and was close to death. Ruth stayed with her and convinced her to allow her (Ruth) to clean out her mouth. She took her time and very gently cleaned out her mouth and teeth. As she did, Mom’s whole disposition changed, and she became cooperative, which saved her life!
