I had the pleasure to have such a dedicated nurse taking care of me for several days. During her shift, Ruth did everything to ensure all my needs were met. She also made sure that I understood everything that had happened and answered any questions. I had a 4 ½ hour surgical procedure. She explained in detail anything she was going to do as well. Ruth took it upon herself to get to know me and my wife in order to facilitate medical treatment, making it seem seamless, while always treating me with dignity as well as my wife. Her sense of humor is unparalleled, making my hospital stay very comfortable, even though this is my second L5-S1 spine fusion within six months. Ms. Ruth ensured my wife had every comfort item in order to ease her stay with me due to her being under the weather. Ms. Ruth was always on time and every time she left the room she said she would be back. She always answered my calls to the nurses' station promptly. Ruth took me on multiple walks around the floor to ensure I kept good mobility and reduced discomfort. Her professionalism, charisma, dedication, and love reflects in everything she does, especially in this facility's mission and vision.
