Ruthie DeWitt, RN

Ruthie is the ANM for the ICU. She is a fantastic example of the kindness and caring that we should all adopt. She is always conscientious of the needs of her team, and anticipates the barriers they may face. She is encouraging and empowers her team to be the very best. When interacting with patients and families I have seen such a loving way of hearing them and opening communication. She shines with the values that describe what a PeaceHealth leader should look like. She is compassionate, just, respectful, collaborative, and a great steward of our resources. Ruthie is an amazing asset to PHSW and a fantastic mentor to the newer leadership.
