Ruxandra is a very hard working and dedicated Nurse. Not only is she good with the care of our son, she is excellent at informing me about his care, along with helping me understand all the procedures and things we could qualify for through insurance coverage. Ruxandra has a warm and welcoming spirit about her at all times inside the NICU and even when I see her in the cafeteria, she makes me feel so happy that my child is in good hands when I am away from him. No matter what time of the day I come to the NICU, Ruxandra always has a smile on her face and a warm welcome.
