My daughter is a 5-year-old who suffers from autism and was recently diagnosed with seizures. She was admitted for 24hr EEG monitoring. My daughter can become aggressive as she can easily become overstimulated with sensory overload. Ruzanna has exhibited and maintained such patience, caring, compassion, and understanding throughout this stay. It is greatly appreciated as not many understand or have much knowledge of my daughter's disability. Ruzanna is definitely in the right field and should be a leading example for others to follow. She maintained professionalism throughout. I have had experiences with other personnel in the past that have had no patience and would easily give up on my child. It is so heartwarming to see her try her best with my baby.
