Ruzanna was recognized for her encouragement and the steadfast positive attitude she gave her patient. She was nominated by her patient who went through a six-hour-long ankle surgery. The patient was in pain and discouraged about the amount of therapy that needed to be done. She was always supportive and positive, cheering on the patient.
