Ryan is the only nurse I have been in contact with since I have started clinicals who has made the extra effort to teach me things that I would not have got the chance to see without his help. He encouraged the doctors to interact with me. His positive attitude is impactful and makes a difference in his fellow co-worker's moods. The day I spent in OR rotation could have easily been a day of simple observation and no clue what was happening around me, but because of Ryan's compassion I learned so much to make me a better nurse.
