Ryan Claro was nominated for the great patient experience the nominator’ s mother had when they visited the Emergency Room of DSFMC. The patient had dysuria and suffered pain, but because of the professionalism and utmost patient care given by this amazing ER nurse, the patient claimed that she got better. This, they said, is an opportunity for them to thank the best ER nurse they have met.
