My mother was admitted to the ER and an otherwise unnerving experience quickly became one marked with caring and professionalism. Her nurse, Ryan Craft, was most attentive and immediately put her at ease. He treated her with respect and by the end of our stay we felt like family.

Everyone we encountered during our brief stay was courteous and friendly taking time to answer questions and provide direction. This is not an easy task given the stressful nature of an ER in a large medical center. Kudos to Vidant and their ER staff, especially Ryan Craft, for making our experience a positive one.
