Ryan was working in triage on a very busy night in the ER and triages a patient with foot pain. He rapidly recognized the foot was pulseless, attempted a doppler, and brought the patient back immediately to a room. He notified the physician team and supplied the doppler for rapid evaluation. His actions allowed the patient to be taken to the OR within the time window for a limb salvage.
