Ryan can do anything! Ryan is rock steady. He doesn't allow things to overwhelm him, and comes to work to provide excellent patient care. He is quiet, yet his actions are LOUD! Anyone can come to Ryan to get help and he will be willing to do the work.

Ryan is patient with his patients and the nurses he works with. When I am in charge and Ryan is here, I can count on him to pitch in and help, and still get his own work done.

Ryan is a preceptor, mentor, and role model for so many staff. Ryan is always willing to accept the most challenging and difficult patient situations without complaint. He is a silent leader!
