Ryan always provides patients, nurses, and ancillary staff with his best. He is a hard worker, and nothing is beneath him. He is always happy to help and does more than is expected of him. Ryan communicates clearly and effectively with staff and patients. He is always willing to go the extra mile, like cleaning chairs so patients will not have to wait to get their treatment, or taking patients to the drop-off location for their transportation when they are not feeling well.

Ryan has a great sense of humor that brings light to the infusion center. When he is faced with a dilemma or situation, he deals with it head-on even if it takes time. Ryan is one of those employees who is engaged, not afraid to speak up, and shares ideas on how to improve the patient experience or improve a workflow that will improve the care of the patient. When it comes to Ryan’s bedside manner, he is attentive and compassionate to what the patient is needing at that time. Ryan is always willing to help a patient, family member, and even a co-worker no matter what is going on or the amount of work he has going on.
