My husband arrived at Crouse by ambulance with an apparent stroke. My son and I must have looked like deer in the headlights with so many people working on him. Ryan noted this and helped us understand what was going on. When things went longer than expected Ryan assured us he was doing well. When my husband arrived in ICU Ryan was vigilant to his needs. Two days later when my husband was moved to the neuro floor Ryan dropped by after work to see how he was doing. His compassion and humor meant the world to our family.
