July 2022 Honoree
Ryan Farkas, RN
On my second night in the ICU department, I had no control of my bowels and I lost all IV lines. That night by the attention Ryan showed me, I felt like I had a personal nurse. Everything from helping me to the toilet, cleaning the mess I made in the bed/room, to holding my hand as I was receiving a new IV line in the neck. His compassion helped me tolerate a bad situation.
Thank you, Ryan, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
