When Ryan gives me my medications he makes sure I know what he is giving me. A perfect example is when I wanted to take a walk down the hall, he took the time to get me a walker, hook me up to a belt, and walk with me. He made sure I was safe. He makes sure my bed is comfortable and blankets and pillows are in place when I get back in bed. Ryan took the time to get to know me and my son. Not only me as a patient but as a person. That made me feel good because not everyone does that. Ryan is kind and caring. When my son isn't here I know if I have any concerns Ryan will listen and help me with any issues or any insecurities I have. I had a terrible fall which led me to be in the hospital. Ryan has made me smile and laugh. Even for a short time, it feels good to forget what happened to me.
