I want to thank my Nurse Ryan personally. He really made my night very comfortable. Ryan was very attentive and detailed as he cared for me. Ryan washed me up and changed me up and changed my bloody hospital gown after coming out of surgery. Although I was given a welcome kit, Ryan removed the wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash, getting me ready for bed. This meant so much to me. The previous Nurse removed me from Fall Risk even though I am wearing the Fall Risk bracelet. Ryan immediately placed me back in the system with this update. He provided me with a walker to help me with my balance. I appreciate the commitment and follow-through Ryan has shown. This made a big difference in a comfortable night.
