Ryan was making his rounds and had stopped to check on his patient, my grandson. Ryan had a new student nurse with him, and I was so impressed with his competency and patience in teaching the nursing student. Ryan was very systematic and thorough in his instructions, being sure to give both rationales for each procedure. He made me and my grandson feel comfortable and well cared for. Ryan's care was excellent and he was the most professional and the most knowledgeable nurse that I encountered during our 2-week stay.
