Ryan Homan, RN

Ryan was very calming and respectful. He explained everything, what he believed the problem was, and each step along the way. He was so empathetic to my issues, and his humor put me at ease. Through his assessment, he identified that the intervention was no longer required. He advocated for my care, spoke to the doctor, and a new device wasn't going to be needed. This made a world of difference. I walked out feeling so much better, and thanks to Ryan, I didn't have to suffer for days before my scheduled appointment.
