I have been going through my situation for a long time now. Going to hospitals with no outcome after losing jobs, insurance, time and money, you lose faith and patience with everyone and everything. Ryan gave me hope. He talked me through everything that he possibly could and made me believe that there are people who care about more than themselves. He step-by-step talked to me and my fiancé, making her also feel better with me going through multiple things: blood loss, stomach issues, I even had heart surgery before. He's caring and very involved with every aspect of my recovery. He never made me feel like I was bothersome even though I felt like I was at times. He made me trust the other nurses and made me feel better at the same time. I have never had a nurse take so much pride in all he does. Even my kids love him.
