Every time we talk to Ryan he is always in a good mood, explains things to us in detail, and is very knowledgeable.
Our family has been so worried about the care being of our 88-year-old father after his cardiac surgery and Ryan has been exemplary. We have received multiple calls to check up on him and we have also called Ryan several times. Every time we talk to Ryan he is always in a good mood, explains things to us in detail, and is very knowledgeable.
He has made this process much more calming to us. He has gone over and beyond and we are extremely thankful for all his help! We as members are quick to call to complain but I felt it necessary to speak to you and tell you that your team is doing an awesome job.

Ryan came to us via the Emergency Department. He has excellent customer service skills, listens to the members' concerns, and replies on a level that they would understand. He has great ideas in the department on how to improve workflows, is self-motivated, and remains calm under pressure. He works in our pacemaker, ICD clinic which is one of the most difficult areas to work in due to the complexity of the devices, and has excelled in that area.

Ryan is a great nurse leader. He is always willing to assist others and has quick critical thinking skills. He is very approachable, patient, and willing to teach others. Ryan is motivated and an initiator. He is a great asset to our team.
