My mother broke her ankle and Ryan was our nurse. Ryan had my mom laughing the entire time, taking focus away from her pain. My mom could not stop talking about how fantastic he was. He made sure she had everything she needed, making her as comfortable as possible. This was one of the best experiences I have had during a situation like this. He took the time to explain everything she needed to do and answered all her questions. She has not been on crutches before so he took the time to teach her the proper way to use them. He then had her demonstrate while he gave her some tips. Ryan's hard work and caring personality made a difficult situation so much better.
