I’m in the hospital on my birthday. Ryan brought in the 5th floor staff to sing Happy Birthday to me, and he brought me cake and ice cream to celebrate. That really made my day special.

I had very unfortunate experience five hours from home and ended up in the Cox Branson ER on a Saturday. While in excruciating pain, I was admitted to the fifth floor. From the moment Ryan walked into my room, I felt like it was divine intervention and God knew exactly what I needed. Ryan brought calm and compassion and through every step he was diligent in helping me understand the process. I myself, have worked in the medical field for over twenty years and have experienced many different styles of nursing. I could know with certainty that Ryan was a nurse that chose this career to help people and make a difference. His skills were evident and the individualized attention that he gave to me made me feel like I was his only patient. He is an example to his peers to slow down, see your patient, understand their struggles, and be compassionate in caring for them.
