While Ryan was my nurse he made me feel more like a person (a friend) than just a patient. He shared with me his struggles with weight and his weight loss journey as well as even showing me photos. He shared exercise tips and programs he found helpful. This made me feel more comfortable and optimistic about my future.
Ryan went out of his way to be professional, polite, and kind. When the cafeteria served me a cocktail drink (not 100% juice) he immediately caught it and took it away which prevented me from becoming sick. I felt excellent despite having major surgery (Gastric Bypass) and I think it was because of the excellent nursing care I received.
