Please appreciate Ryan, as he was the care provider for my husband. Ryan took the time to explain to my husband the procedures, the times he will return back to the room. He made sure that my husband was comfortable, he listened to my husband. He was very attentive and he acted as if he cared. He returned when he stated that he would. He was proactive to inform me when to go and retrieve the medicine before outpatient pharmacy closes.
