Ryan works hard in making patients feel safe and respects their decisions.
I would like to recognize Ryan. He is very helpful to the CCRNs and all staff who work with him. The patients always talk about how he is kind and helpful to them. He works hard in making patients feel safe and respects their decisions. He is kind, compassionate, and works very hard. He is successful in helping us reach family members when the CCRNs are unable to do so. Ryan is a rock star. I’ve received multiple compliments not just from patients but also from other associates. He is a problem solver, is up for any challenge, and sets everything up for the next shift. He is our muse and brings calm to the chaos. We are so lucky to have him on our team.
