Ryan was very nice and attentive to my needs. I was upset when he was wrapping my knee, that I needed to come to the ED because I could not manage the pain at home. While he was wrapping my knee, Ryan told me that ED staff are there to help and serve and will always be there for me if I need them. This was very touching. To top things off, Ryan called me at home the next day to make sure I was ok. I felt this was the best nursing care I have ever received.
