I was admitted to this floor very sick and scared. Ryan checked me in and was super professional. She did everything she could to calm my nerves. My diagnosis from the cardiologist was not good and she went out of her way to love on me and convince me everything was going to be ok. She had my spirits up and my attitude was much better before she left the room. I truly believe your mental health greatly affects your physical health. She convinced me I had a great doctor, and I was going to be okay. She was my nurse for 4 of the 10 days I was here, but she always checked on me even when she wasn't assigned to my room. She was my lifeline, especially with "No visitors" due to Covid. My heart surgery was successful and I have a new attitude, better health, and new hope! I'm not sure I would have made it had Ryan not gone the extra mile for me. She is truly an angel.
