Compassion - Ryan's patients compliment him on his calm, soothing voice and demeanor. Making patients feel comfortable and part of the conversation in the OR, ultimately relieving their anxiety.
Dedication - Always willing to volunteer for extra responsibilities, tasks, and duties. Coming in early and staying late when needed to provide care to our patients, or completing needed tasks.
Teamwork - Always helping teammates without being asked. Always stepping in to help by scrubbing for any case or assisting in SDS, SPD, PACU, or helping circulate when not assigned. We are very proud and glad to have you as part of our team!
