Ryann greeted my husband and me in a clear, cheerful voice, with a smile. She directed us to the correct patient room and then after confirming our identities, gave thorough explanations of the vaccinations, also answering any questions we had. She accommodated my "special request" to lie down for my injections. Her caring and compassionate manner made me feel that my request was easily met rather than burdensome.
Finally, Ryann was expert at the injections; she gave me 2, one in each upper arm. They were quick and close to painless. I don't like getting "shots", but Ryann made it a memorably positive experience. Bravissima!
This is one tiny glimpse, but I feel sure that Ryann offers this same caring and expert skill to each patient and family member.
