Ryann Fountas, BSN, RN

Ryann was extremely pleasant to talk to and very thorough when reviewing my uncle’s history and going over how to prepare for as well as what to expect with future planned appointments/ treatments. She often encouraged us to ask any questions we had and answered our questions in a manner that was complete and easy to understand. By the time I was walking back into my office (located across the street in the hospital), Ryann was calling me with the scheduled appointment information! Just...wow!! A little less than a year ago my uncle lost his wife (my maternal aunt) to medical complications following a surgical procedure, so it has taken some encouragement since then for him to resume his preventative healthcare due to some anxiety he was/is experiencing. Again, I just want to express our appreciation for the compassionate care received today that has actually already helped to decrease his anxiety and put his mind a little more at ease.
