After my surgery, I was feeling very nauseous and was extremely uncomfortable. Rylee not only contacted my surgeon immediately for a different medication, since the one I was on was ineffective, but she stayed by my side the entire time I was feeling badly. She calmly explained why I was feeling that way, described the medicine I was going to be taking, and stayed with me until I fell asleep.
Rylee was also on top of all the nitty-gritty details, she got my prescriptions for home filled and ready to go, paperwork completed, and made sure my meals arrived. Overall, I was in great hands. And I'm glad I had her 2 days in a row. Rylee is a gem. Surgery is a painful and scary situation and Rylee made all the difference. Her knowledge, expertise, and compassion made my stay not just comfortable, but pleasurable. Mercy is lucky to have such an outstanding nurse.
