Rylee showed attention to detail, ensuring the Impella device was functioning optimally, while also providing constant reassurance and emotional support to the patient and their family during this difficult time. Her empathetic communication, teamwork work and tireless advocacy for the patient's well-being was truly remarkable. She communicated with multiple services very respectfully and was a part of timely detection of problems that led to timely intervention. She went above and beyond to deliver life-saving care.
