I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Rylee for the kindness and compassion she showed my mom and our family during her stay in the ICU. Her care meant so much to us - not only when she was directly involved in her treatment, but even more so when she took the time to check in on us, even when she wasn't assigned to my mom as a patient. That extra effort did not go unnoticed. In such an overwhelming and emotional time, Rylee's visits brought a sense of comfort and support that we truly needed. It was incredibly reassuring to see a familiar, caring face walk in and ask how things were going, simply because she cared. Her empathy, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond are qualities that make her an exceptional nurse and an even more remarkable human being. Thank you for everything you did, your presence made a real difference!
