April 2022 Honoree
Ryley J Kinsman, ADN, RN
I cannot say enough good things about Ryley. She was confident, shared a summary of the progress thus far, explained why our Pitocin had been left alone for so long (tachysystole) and asked over and over if we had any questions. She filled out our whiteboard, gave us her direct line when she realized our call button was broken, flipped my wife on her side to make her more comfortable, and was just an overall calming, knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate presence. My wife is the type that gets anxious with uncertainty and Ryley really puts her at ease just by being gentle and over-communicating. Thank God for nurses like Ryley who are still providing the highest levels of care despite being overworked, understaffed, and underappreciated as a result of this pandemic. Thank you.
Thank you, Ryley J, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
