Sabina is an exemplary nurse here at Trinitas. She is committed to providing her patients with the highest quality of care. Sabina regularly goes above and beyond her patient's expectations. She is committed to the mission here at Trinitas. This can be evidenced by her courage to continually advocate for her elderly patients who are particularly vulnerable. She is also a key advocate and always takes the time to assist Polish-speaking patients regardless of where they are assigned. She also is always prepared to "step up to the plate" when called upon. She assists the clinical coordinators and assumes the charge nurse role in the most trying of situations. She is a key team player and is always willing to give a helping hand to a colleague. Sabina never "passes up" a lit call bell and is always there to give a patient a boost or a smiling helping hand. It is these qualities that make her deserving for the DAISY award.
