Sabina is always at work on time with a big quiet smile and is eager to get our day started. I have witnessed her consistently teaching patients from every aspect of their procedure. She is always there to calm a patient down or help them when they are discharged. She always remembers the procedure each patient has had done and asks how they are feeling.

Sabina was my pre-op nurse and helped me calm my fears and explained the procedure in a confident, caring manner. She explained what to expect after surgery and that they would follow up with me by phone. She was also able to joke with me which made me feel more at ease. Whenever I see Sabina in the hospital, a smile is always on her face.

As a patient in the SPUB department, I experienced what I call a "Holistic RN". Sabina was my RN and she provided excellent care. She always smiles and is pleasant. Sabina deserves The DAISY Award for the care she provided.
