Sabrina has a kind and caring approach and greets every patient with a cheerful smile. She is a great team player. I am always happy to work with her. While working with a family of three children for BTS vaccines, one was extremely upset and crying. She remained calm and vaccinated the first two siblings to show support for the third. The patient was about 13 years old; Sabrina talked with the patient and explained everything. It calmed her down to where she stopped crying, used breathing exercises for her anxiety, and was able to calmly vaccinate the patient. In fact, afterward, the patient hugged Sabrina. She said watching her two sisters “go first” made it easier. In fact, at that time, my father was in the hospital for about one month and I was having a hard time this one day; she showed great compassion for me by checking and seeing if I was ok.
