Sometimes it is not one big thing a person can do for someone but a collection of small things that makes a difference in a patient’s care. I feel this is true about Sabrina. She is quick and efficient. She finishes everything she starts and follows through (in a timely fashion). I’m sure everyone shoots for this, but with the current staffing challenges in existence, it may not be possible. I see people being pulled in many directions at the same time and can tell it must be challenging. But this is a situation that Sabrina excels at with calmness and clear thinking that inspires confidence in those around her and especially in her patients. I was always excited, happy, and sometimes relieved when I knew she would be my nurse for the day. I have confidence that if I have an issue or concern, she will take care of it. Sabrina is a smart cookie and a loving, caring woman. She is an asset to the hospital.
