I entered the Cleveland Clinic to have a quadruple bypass surgery. Surgery went very well, and I was very pleased. Sabrina was so incredible, I am at a loss for words to describe how incredible she was. Customer service is number one to me, especially in a hospital, because you’re dealing with people’s lives and well-being. I cannot thank Sabrina enough for being there when I needed her.

The hospital is far from my home, and during most of my hospitalization, I was alone. Sabrina was so attentive to my needs during the time I was there, I felt like family. Whenever she was assigned to me, a big smile appeared on my face because she made me feel even more relaxed and confident all would be fine. The more I saw her, the more I smiled, even in pain. Please extend my sincere thanks to Sabrina.
