Sabrina went above and beyond, not only was her personality enough to help me and my wife through difficult time of both of our twins being in the NICU. My wife lost a lot of blood and had an emergency C-section, so her spirits were not the highest, especially after seeing tubes and wires from both the babies. Sabrina took the time to talk to us, really connect, not only heard what we were asking, but listened. She gave us hope, and made everything seem okay. Sabrina was extremely knowledgeable, and even took the time to come say goodbye after a 3 hours meeting (after her 12 hour shift). Sabrina is the shining light of this hospital.
