Sabrina went above and beyond from the first minute we met her. Her daily care was excellent! She did so much to ensure the discharge process was completed appropriately. The patient needed a new PCP upon discharge. Sabrina ensured that the doctor and case manager referred the patient to the PCP requested. This required her taking several extra steps during her already busy schedule. Sabrina also had an outstanding positive rapport with the patient. She answered all our questions and ensured we had everything we needed. If we ever have to return to this hospital, we’d be so happy to get a nurse like Sabrina.
