Sade Marzan, RN
Sade Marzan is my forever go-to nurse. Any time I see her name next to mine on the board, I am certain that however demanding that run is going to be, she’s got me.
For example, I have patients in isolation and she would go in with me and help with their care until it’s done, running back and forth to get the things we forgot.
Why I find Sade super special and super awesome - I have had moments where I need help with cleaning, turning, or scooting up patients and whenever I reach out to her, she always shows up. Even when the patient is not hers, and she does it so gladly anytime regardless of how many times you call her.
Every CNA on my floor would attest to this. So today, I recognize and appreciate her great efforts to make my work and other CNAs better.
