Sadie, thank you so much for the care you provided to a local grumpus. He was forgetful and actually needed medications for his behavior. However, you never held his disease against him. You came in each time with a smile, whether it be a bed alarm or a new order. After 4 shifts of caring for him, he was able to verbalize his pleasure for with you by saying, "I love ya, girl" He is not about to write out this award, but I witnessed it and am so thankful for you spirit, drive, desire and want to make a difference! You are exactly what we "old nurses" look for in the next generation of nurses and we are so lucky to have you!
