Said was extremely helpful to a 10 year old boy who was very sick, afraid and uncomfortable around so many nurses, especially the female nurses. Said helped the little boy with his fears and explained to him that everything was going to be okay and not to be afraid, ashamed or embarrassed. The little boy was much more comfortable and was able to heal without losing his dignity, which is important to a 10 year old boy.

Another patient was also very grateful for the compassion, caring and understanding Said had shown him during his hospital stay. Said helped him through the days he was not feeling well and made him comfortable. He was very willing to assist a family member in helping the patient to walk again.
Said is a very compassionate and caring nurse.
