Saji, RN, was nominated for her outstanding commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care. Although not assigned to me, Nurse Saji noticed that my call light had been on for a while. By answering my call light and following the No Pass Zone principles, she demonstrated an exceptional commitment to prioritizing patient safety before stepping in to help. She assessed my situation and guided me through a series of breathing exercises. After about ten minutes, I was relieved of the fluid in my lungs, and my oxygen levels improved. Her support made a significant difference in my recovery, and I am forever grateful. Saji demonstrated exceptional leadership, and MH is fortunate to have such a compassionate nurse.
