Ms. Sajitha began her journey with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib on July 27, 2012, and continues to serve with dedication, now completing 14 years of outstanding service. She is extremely hardworking, organized, and focused on continuously learning and developing best practices to manage routine activities both effectively and efficiently.

She is always available to offer advice, solve problems, and provide guidance. Her strong understanding of departmental policies and protocols helps the unit run smoothly and efficiently. Ms. Sajitha consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty in her pursuit of excellence. Whenever staff-related issues arise, she takes on additional responsibilities to ensure the department continues moving forward and often takes the initiative to streamline processes.

Her leadership excellence is highly transferable and positively impacts other areas of the hospital as well. She maintains excellent communication and interpersonal relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
