Sally cared for a patient who had put up a long hard fight in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She provided consistent compassionate care for this child and his family. On the day of his passing, Sally went above and beyond to provide these parents with positive memories. Sally provided exceptional service by predicting the unspoken needs of this family through a particularly difficult loss and for creating positive memories of the short life of their son.
